Following her graduation, Falyn returned to PEI with her husband, settling in Brudenell, where they currently reside with their three children.

Outside of work, you can often find Falyn cheering on her kids at the rink or ballfield. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and relaxing with family and friends.

Alyssia Maschke

Dental Hygienist

Alyssia grew up in Ontario but has always felt most at home on the shores of PEI. With a passion for both people and science, she pursued a career in the dental field, earning her diplomas in dental assisting (1999) and dental hygiene (2007) in Ontario. After relocating with her family to Souris in 2020, Alyssia began working for Dr. Jack and quickly grew fond of the warm and welcoming island community. She and her family are currently restoring a century-old farmhouse in Bridgetown while embracing island life.

Outside of work, Alyssia enjoys beach walks year-round, crafting, spending time with loved ones, and volunteering alongside her husband in construction and disaster relief efforts throughout the Maritimes. She is excited to return to work in Souris, where her love for the island first began.

Hannah MacPhe

Dental Hygienist

Hannah grew up in Sydney, NS, and pursued her education at St. Francis Xavier University, where she earned a B.Sc. in 2014. She then continued her studies at Dalhousie University, completing her Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2016. After gaining experience as a dental hygienist in British Columbia for two years, Hannah relocated to Souris, PEI, in 2018. She now resides in Souris West with her husband and two children.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys gardening, walking her dog, playing board games, spending time outdoors with her kids, and relaxing at the beach.

Megan Carter

Receptionist

Megan grew up in Caribou Island, N.S., in a fishing family with deep roots in the Maritimes. After graduating from Holland College’s Level II Dental Assisting program in 2010, she spent a year working in Charlottetown before joining the Military as a Dental Technician (DENT TECH). Over her military career, Megan served at CFB Wainwright, Alberta, and CFB Halifax, where she was promoted and completed various advanced training courses. In April 2022, she retired and returned to the Island to be closer to her family.

Now settled back home, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, their six-year-old child, and their family dog. Whether working on DIY projects, fishing, or relaxing by the beach, she cherishes the simple pleasures of Island life.
